In 2024, the United Nations declared Dec 21st as World Meditation Day. India was designated as the Global partner for this historic initiative. Dec 21st was chosen because it marks the Solstice - A day of natural transition and renewal across the globe, symbolizing the shift from darkness to light.

On Dec 21, 2025, over 1 million people from every corner of the World will pause together. For 20 mins, we'll turn inward, Guided by Daaji through Heartfulness Meditation. When hearts come together with common intention, something profound unfolds.
